Confident Cannabis Wholesale released two new features Buyer Recommendations and Saved Search built to save you time finding the exact products you need for your business.
Buyer Recommendations:
When you log into Wholesale you will now arrive at a new Recommendations view.
Your search, filters, and Gallery view are all still available for you. Browse the full Gallery of products by clicking the “Browse” tab on the top left of the page.
Arrow buttons appear to guide you through the selected inventory. If you don’t see what you’re looking for click “view all” above the carousel or click the “view all items” button on the last slide.
The default Recommendations are popular items and categories across the Wholesale platform. If you want to see more personalized products like the ones you purchase frequently, make sure to click YES when you receive this popup. You can also visit your Settings to toggle this feature on or off at any time.
It’s like Netflix’s recommendations, but for your purchasing workflow. Using the information from your state’s cannabis tracking system, Confident Cannabis builds a better buying portal by showing you products similar to what you’ve purchased in the past. One-stop browsing for all of your cannabis sourcing needs!
Here’s what it looks like side-by-side. On the left is the non-personalized Recommendations view and on the right a personalized view. Both views are great ways to find new-to-you products to love.
Pro Tip: Turn on SMS notifications to respond faster to order related notifications!
Save Search Feature:
You can now create and save all of your searches on Wholesale.
Here’s how:
- Click the category button you want to search or just use the search bar to find your item.
- Name your Search on the right top of the page.
- Type your search into the bar and click the magnifying glass.
Users on your company account create and utilize their own saved searches. This keeps the team organized and focused on the specific products they need.
If you have a Saved Search for a product your entire team needs to source, simply share the URL with your co-workers to share your search.
With your parameters saved, you will not need to browse listings or search for products you regularly look for each time you visit Wholesale. All new items will populate in your search and are available to you with a click of a button.
