The Strain:

SFV OG, not to be confused with SFV OG Kush, is an indica-dominant hybrid that hails from the growers at Cali Connection Farms. For those that don’t know the mysterious acronym stands for San Fernando Valley OG. This is an exceptional strain that has given birth to a number of hybrids with mixed results.

The Chemistry:

Delta-limonene, beta-myrcene, and beta-caryophyllene are the main terpenes in this strain and provide SFV OG’s flavor and aroma. Although smoking and vaping can be a little harsh on the throat, the SFV OG strain offers a calming tart and piney notes followed by a potent scent of citrus at the finish. This strain is lemony and bright yet sweet and earthy. The taste is almost as potent as the scent and is reminiscent of lemongrass. The lemon flavor is very strong and can linger on the tongue for some time afterward. THC levels have been as low as 17% and as high as 22%. SFV OG nugs are round and dense, which is typical for an OG strain. There are minimal pistils surrounded by a beautiful wintergreen hue.

Typically, this would be a good strain if you do not have a lot of work to do. Many users have said SFV OG will make them sedated and relaxed. Users have also reported feeling euphoric and happy and some even experience bouts of giggles. This is an excellent strain when you need to relax and ease the mind. This strain has also been reported to produce rapid anti-anxiety effects. Please keep in mind every strain affects each user differently.

San Fernando Valley OG is a top-shelf strain that is both mouth-watering and effective that we think you’ll love.
